Because we sell a broad inventory of goods, our shipping policy is based on the item purchased. We offer the following...
- Free shipping on certain items (typically, smaller and light weight)
- Flat-Rate Shipping on many larger or heavier items
- Actual-Cost Shipping on bulky and multiple quantity or large volume items
- Express Shipping for those that need it in a hurry
We process orders Monday – Friday from 8am to 7pm eastern time. All in stock items will be processed and shipped within (72 business hours) three business days of the order being received. Example: We receive your order on Thursday, it will ship the following Tuesday. All orders received on the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday, which will ship on Thursday following the weekend it was ordered.
Who is responsible if my shipment is lost or damaged in transit?
Wholesellers Warehouse will not be responsible for or accept liability for any item that is shipped from our facility and is lost, stolen, or damage while in transit. We will provide tracking numbers, offer the option of insurance from the carrier on expensive or fragile items, as well as assist as best we can with any claims made by the buyer against the carrier. However, any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit from our warehouse must be resolved between the buyer and the carrier.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
Again, because we sell a broad range of items, certain carriers offer better rates and service to many city and state destinations. Therefore, we will always select the carrier that will save our consumers the most on their shipping cost. These carriers include... Small Package Courier Services, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Several Ground and Freight carriers. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified via email with the tracking number and the selected carrier.
How many days will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Many shipments that leave our warehouse arrive within 3-7 days, however, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date as this will depend on several factors such as where the buyer lives, volume and workload of the shipping company, weather, and time of year. Please consider Express Shipping for those items you need in a hurry, but also consider that additional cost is assoicated with Express Shipping.
How does Express Shipping work?
We will get a quote for the Express Shipping cost to your address and email it to you before processing your order. Once approved, we will send you a custom invoice for payment and your item will be sent to our Express processing department and they will expedite your order for next (Business) day shipping.
Disclamer: In addition to the added cost of Express Shipping, you will be charged a fee of $5.95 for Express processing per item in your order.
