All sales are final and non-refundable. We will gladly exchange the item for an identical item or issue a store credit in the actual amount that was paid for the item at the time of purchase. All request must be received within 3 days of purchase of the item. The 3 day timeframe begins once Wholesellers Warehouse has confirmed receipt of the item(s). All items must be received in the condition in which they were sold and in their original packaging. No exchanges or store credits are allowed for the following... Final Sale, Undergarments, Socks, Shoes, Swimwear, Closeouts, Last items, Vintage, Nearly New, Barely Worn, or any item being sold “As Is”. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Will I need to ship the item(s) back to your warehouse?
Any exchange or store credit request requires that the item be returned to our warehouse at the expense of the buyer within 3 days of receipt. Buyer will only receive a store credit or exchange once the item is received. Any identical item being exchanged will be shipped back to the buyer at the expense of Wholesellers Warehouse.
Will I need a (RA#) Return Authorization Number?
We require the buyer to have a Return Authorization Number for any item they wish to exchange or receive a store credit for. Buyer must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a
reason for the request and a scan copy of the purchase invoice. All items must be returned within 3 days to Wholesellers Warehouse once the RA#'s is issued and buyer must email a tracking number and selected carrier to Wholesellers Warehouse with expected date of delivery. All items must be received in the condition in which they were sold and in their original packaging. Failure by the buyer to comply with these terms will result in the nullifcation of the store credit or exchange.
What is your return policy on Retro, Vintage, Nearly New, Barely Worn, or $3 Day Sale Items?
All sales are FINAL for any item purchased as Retro, Vintage, Nearly New, Barely Worn, Liquidation, Open Box, Final Sale, or offered on a $3 Sale, or otherwise previously mentioned. No Exchanges or Store Credits will be allowed.
No exchanges or store credits will be allowed on international, overseas, or foreign country purchases through the Wholesellers Warehouse website. No Exceptions.
